Basic ideas: Welcome Area -- That would be a FAQ section Announcements - Self-Explanatory Each of the Different Levels would have their own discussion area The Waymarks can be Subforumed - 1 of reach of the 10 Recommend Voyagers & Guardians get sucked into being moderators Have a few IT savvy Admins Online Prayer Book for written prayers Prayer Request in a We/Asked He Answered format You can create How-To sticky posts at the top of each forum Forums can be locked and unlocked - some can be open, some can be private Need a better, more stringent Rules of Conduct, but just did that off the top of my head. Should include a "what's said here, stays here" clause for privacy on prayer requests Can have Documents that are uploaded. Could, for example, link to the CAH website and put the Handbook on the website (You can do it on a hidden page or just a link, depending on how you've got the site set up.
